Evora / Exige V6 2GR-FE
ES Motorsport has developed a number of different upgrades over the years.
Upgrades start with a 380 upgrade for the 350 Evora/Exige S. This kit consists of one of our HKS induction kits and your original ECU reflashed to suit.
Add a pair of tubular manifolds to the above and you will see 400bhp.
450bhp can be achieved with a full race exhaust, ES spec camshafts and a smaller Supercharger pulley. We recommend upgrading engine internals with this, such as forged pistons & conrods.
The key to big power with the 2GR-FE engine is keeping the Supercharger cool. We have fitted a number of 400 charge cooled Superchargers, this immediately adds 50bhp to the above figures plus they have a larger throttle body, so again this helps.
The next step is fitting the TVS1900 charge cooled Supercharger, with this we have seen 600bhp.
Once you have gone past the Induction kit & Exhaust set up and are looking for more power, we recommend fitting a reprogrammable ECU. This makes any changes you make simple to adjust. Our SCS ECU kits keep all the car functionality of the stock ECU.
All engine work, fitting, reprogramming/mapping is done in-house so please speak to us about your specific requirements.
